CNC Punching

We specialise in CNC Punching. Our Trumpf TruPunch 3000 is a resource-efficient universal puncher with skeleton-free processing.  It’s numerous automated solutions enable us to use it in multiple-shift operations, as well as during the night and at weekends. This makes our production is more efficient and lead times quicker. Find out more >

CNC Folding & Forming

For 25 years Amada machines have helped us stay ahead of our competitors on folding technology. Our press brakes automatically monitor and adjust the bending force across the beam length at 6 points. The control panel technology adjusts and compensates for any potential variation in the raw material thickness. This gives angle consistency and perfection over the full bend length. Find out more >

Powder Coating

Our Powder Coating is extremely durable and scratch resistant, pliable but hard enough to withstand impact without marking. Our powder is applied in our powder coating booth using automated robotic reciprocators that coat the material with the required amount of micron thickness. The quick electrostatic application gives a high-quality finish, while being much faster than wet paint. Find out more >
