Sheet Metal Services uses the latest and most powerful precision laser technology. Our laser process has the capability to produce the high standards required throughout manufacturing, and our engineering team can achieve exceptional cutting detail on a variety of materials. These state-of-the-art machines in our Liverpool factory can create complex components from flat sheet metal quickly, cost-effectively, and at a high quality. We work with companies in a wide range of industries including automotive, motorsport, transport, material handling, construction, architectural, shopfitting, furniture, and security.
Investment and Innovation
A significant investment has been made over the last couple of years to provide the customer with a quality product and on-time delivery. We have achieved this by acquiring two Amada Laser machines that have the capacity to cut different types of materials as detailed below. These machines operate on a 24-hour basis un-manned due to the self-loading facility “Lights out technology”.
- • Improve cutting times
- • Cut complex profiles
- • Improve edge quality
- • Increase productivity
- • Produce consistently accurate laser cutting
