Since acquiring a powder coating plant in 1999, we can offer all our customers the "complete service". If any of the products manufactured require a finish we can more than accommodate their requirements, whatever the colour, texture, or thickness of the specification.

The finishing plant situated 3 miles from the manufacturing plant, services other customers requiring just a finish, recoat or metal treatment, outdoor leisure facilities (playground frames) and fencing/railing manufacturers.

Prior to coating, the metals undergo a process to ensure the product has a longer life and lower maintenance expectancy. Each product is sprayed or dipped with treatments, which render them anti-corrosive, yet adhesive to paint.

These processes include iron phosphate, rinsing and cure sealing (which seals the phosphate to the metal), which then pass through to the dryer oven prior to coating. All this is done using our on-line pre-treatment system.

We can supply products coated in a range of BS or RAL colours that we stock, whether they require epoxy polyester or polyester gloss, matt, texture, metallic or hammer finish. If we do not stock a particular colour or finish we can easily obtain these from our approved suppliers. Therefore we can work to paint specifications supplied, or if need be, can accurately match a sample supplied.
